Cameron Johnson
Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance

Outside of work, Cameron's world revolves around his family — he loves spending quality time with his partner, Cai, and their two boys, Lennox and Leland. When he gets a moment to himself, you can usually find him out on the golf course with friends or unwinding with a good audiobook. Cameron's blend of professional commitment and genuine love for the people in his life makes him a wonderful addition to the Civitas SLS team.
Mera
HR Director
Mera has been with Civitas for 4 years. She started her journey as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), where she discovered how meaningful and rewarding this field truly is. Along the way, her supportive team recognized her potential and encouraged her to pursue a career in Human Resources before she even saw that path for herself. With the encouragement and support of the Civitas team, Mera earned her SHRM-CP certification and transitioned into HR, where she now has the opportunity to support the incredible staff who make a difference in the lives of the individuals Civitas serves every day. Mera’s favorite thing about Civitas is that it truly feels like a family. When Mera is not at work, you’ll usually find her taking a Lagree class or planning her next travel adventure.
