Jacob is a New Yorker at heart, having grown up on Long Island and now spending his best hours with his wife, Anna, and their sons, Julius and Jasper. As a Coordinator at Civitas Living, he works alongside clients and support teams to make sure every individual has what they need to live independently and thrive in their community. No two days look the same, and that's exactly what he loves about his work.

When he's not problem-solving with staff or connecting with families, you might find Jacob in the kitchen. Cooking is his way of bringing people together, whether he's preparing a meal for clients or gathering friends and family around the table. Ultimately, his work comes back to one thing: helping people live life on their own terms, and there's nothing he'd rather be a part of
