Michael DiCarlo, born and raised in Massachusetts, studied Legal Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, building a foundation in law, policy, and regulatory thinking that still shapes his approach to operations.

With more than ten years of business management experience and over four years in human services operations and administration, Michael brings a practical, detail-oriented perspective to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His work spans HR and compliance, benefits administration, finance, and daily operations.

Michael is committed to bringing modern data security practices, operational efficiency, and thoughtful technology to human services, where protecting sensitive information and running well-organized systems directly supports quality of care.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys cooking, baseball, and time with his wife and baby daughter.
